  Super happy with my laser results! Only had 2 sessions and after my first could already see a difference. Mel is amazing, super friendly and makes you feel extremely comfortable, would not go to anyone else, she is a gem!

  I'm not sure about their other treatments, but their laser hair removal treatment is a major flop. I had 10 sessions done, and less than a month later, hair has already begun to regrow just as before. It's interesting, because many places I've looked up online only require 4-5 sessions and results are long-lasting. I sent a message to their Facebook to ask them about it, and their replier claimed that they themselves needed 15 sessions. Then why did the lady I first spoke to before I began any treatments say that "everyone" ended up doing 10 treatments, rather than the 6 that I was about to opt for? It seems as if they are trying to get the most money out of you before you realise that their treatments do not work. When I asked them about a possible refund, they cited the treatment agreement form that I signed. They really have their bases covered when it comes to protecting the money they steal. If you still, by some mistake, end up going for their treatment please keep in mind that their after-treatment gel (I forget the actual name) and sunscreen are highly unnecessary. In my experience, my skin didn't feel any irritation, and though I know everyone has different skin types, maybe only make the decision to buy after you have completed one treatment. I've also looked up other reviews of Results Laser Clinic, and it appears a significant number of people have similar complaints to mine, compared to other laser companies. I am very confused as to why Westpoint, and several other large shopping centres, allow such a dishonest company to open stores in their centre.

  I've been dealing with Amber now for many years and love the service she provides. Never ever had an issue. Amber is always willing to make you feel like the results family. Highly recommend results in Blacktown.

  As somebody has said, this clinic will take your money and provide very bad service. I bought 10 treatments for laser hair removal from this clinic and had no hair reduction because they use the same treatment for everyone no matter what your hair condition is (type,color etc). Despite me pointing this out again and again, they took no notice of my concern. Luckily they have employee like Brie who really cares about people. Very unhappy with the service.

  Completely regret buying a package here. A few years ago the experience was really good but it was under different management. The service is cold. I am halfway through my treatments and never do any of the staff use manners when calling you or in person. If they are late, they do not even have the courtesy to let you know, they just make you sit there for 20 minutes. There is no music in the rooms while treatment is being done like other clinics. Very disappointed and would never recommend. I cringe going for appointments. In saying that the treatment is working thus far. Though I am going to another clinic for a different area of treatment and they are just delightful! Have music and aren't rude. There are better options out there than this place!
