  The team at Blacktown Auto Service were incredibly friendly and professional.
  
  The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost - it was much more affordable than I had anticipated. The team went above and beyond to get it done as quickly as possible.
  
  Overall, I would highly recommend Blacktown Auto Service to anyone in need of car repairs or servicing. The team's attention to detail, professionalism and friendly attitude make them stand out from other auto service providers. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

  Friendly staff. I would say honestly that this place is not the shop that will take advantage of you. They will tell you if you really need repairs on your car. I went there to replace my rear break pads, and the head mechanic says that the break pads will still last for another six months. And no need to replace them now. But I decided to replace them anyways (as per advised from my other dealership service centre - which is, by the way, 30% more expensive than this service centre). I will come back here for sure, on my other (front) break pads replacements. Kudos to Joanne (admin/receptionist) for handling the ins and outs of my car from their auto shop. Good job, guys.

  I had a fantastic experience with this mechanic!
  
  My car broke down and was towed here. They instantly fixed my engine issue, and the service was incredibly efficient. I'm really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. My car is running smoothly now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The prices are also unmatched and staff was also extremely friendly.

  Very nice car service experience. Price for a sedan was really good - $175 , I couldn’t get that price anywhere around.
  Staff is friendly
  Working hours are good , they start at 7:30 am so you can book a morning slot for car service.
  They were really quick and finished the service exactly on time.
  A food truck comes in for 10mins to take coffee / snacks order

  Don’t waste your time shopping around for a service centre-just head DIRECTLY to Blacktown Auto Services. I was messed around by other mechanics whilst trying to obtain a blue slip for an interstate purchase and the minute I spoke with the reception lady at blacktown auto service she was upfront, efficient, knowledgable, honest, friendly and extremely helpful. The work is exceptional, timely and they deserve the five star rating in all areas of their business.
