  I purchased a $300 watch which broke within the first two weeks of me owning it. Tried to get a refund but was told to take it up with the manufacturer. Not only were the staff unhelpful but very rude. They didn't seem to care when I said I was going to lodge a complaint because their "head office is in Queensland". Then I never received a response when I tried to contact the head office.

  Terrible experience at westpoint blacktown.
  Staff were rude. Didnt even acknowledge me when i went to ask a question, they just continued to talk amongst eachother.
  Was told by the manager that she would meet me over at the sales rack, didnt come... i found her 5 mins later having a conversation with another staff member. This is unacceptable customer service. I used to love shopping at this store but now i will be taking my business elsewhere.

  As a young 15 year old girl going to the beach is fun especially when U are wearing some comfortable and pretty swimmers! Going into city beach Blacktown I found some nice swimmers! I arrive at the counter and told I can't buy the top because there is suppose to be a bottom to it. Turns out the swimmers were placed on the wrong rack! The lady at the counter called her manager Sam and she was very rude and left the girl at the counter to deal with the situation. Then a staff member Ben decided to but in midway through and was extremely rude about the situation. The only positive thing about our experience was the way Tegan ( the lady at the counter) handled the situation. Never going back there again!
