  Very lovely service, however that's where positive experience ends. Cocktails were so weak and watery. Food was a 5/10. Scotch fillet tasted like a rump steak, it was that tough, and not enough gravy. That's why I scored it 2 stars, and that's being generous.

  Had previously been very disappointed, but we were dragged back, kicking and screaming. We were pleasantly surprised. The food is back on point, not quite as good prior to the Crossroads being sold, but has improved greatly. The service also was much better than recent visit. Only hope that it continues to improve and claw it's way back to the standards it was previously known for.

  Extremely poor experience here. Experienced encounters with bar, gaming & restaurant staff. ALL were just rude and uninterested.
  
  Slow and poor customer service. Food quality is horrible for the price they ask. Bar is abysmal & dirty.
  
  Saw plenty of staff around not one table was wiped down ever after patrons left. Empty trays and glasses left on the tables.
  
  Dirty lounges with very visible stains. Waste of money.

  We have lived quite close for over 40 years and today was the first time we have ever been inside. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as we were passing by remarked that we must try it sometime. A quick change of direction and in we went!! A really lovely lunch, plenty of food and delicious Summer Pavlova. We will return, very impressed.

  I Only come here for dinner, the food is decent and maybe a little on the upside for a pub but the portions are big. Dinning area is very nice and clean but the bar/tab side is kinda hey how ya doing.
