  I placed an order for a happy meal through my Maccas delivery service and discovered this in the kids cheeseburger. This restaurant should be closed down because all of my orders were incorrectly filled; I even ordered a medium cappuccino but didn't get it with the rest of my other meals. A food and safety check is required.

  We visited mc donald on Saturday at 4 .30. Girl at counter took our order i don’t why she was so rude and not interested in taking orders. We ordered fries and coke. Fries were not cooked properly it was so chewy. Literally after having that fries my stomach was aching so badly and i had bad experience. This is not the way you behave with customers really it was horrific experience of my life. Never gonna visit mc donald again.

  I have ordered mac chicken spicy large meal, I was thinking to get medium but to play more tickets for monopoly I have ordered Large meal and when I receive my order there is no tickets on the package included. Furthermore, I have received the chips soggy and too cold I was so disappointed. I will never order the meal just because to play the monopoly I felt this is just for money making trick that applies to people. Disappointed

  went to Blacktown westpoint today, i wanted a light refreshment to quench my thirst from shopping. i ordered a large coke with extra ice because i like to eat the ice when im finished with my drink. but to my surprise when i open the lid to eat my ice, what do i spot, a baby cockroach

  All good. No issue. Service is pretty quick and I love the new addition of small McCafe and quick order screen.
  Tried the salted caramel pie for the very first time today. It was okay but I still prefer the original apple pie.

  Employee "Atilla" gave me the best service in the whole entire world. He gave me a secret menu item? With a new special sauce? Not entirely sure what that was about but it definitely tasted...lets say... special.

  Can u believe this place. I million dollar plus
  company who cannot afford to stock on butter sachets.
  This is just poor management.
  Can't even enjoy a toasted banana bread with a spread of butter.
