I wont prefer them to anyone! I'm not saying about other shop staff but they got very bad staff at westpoint shop! ???? they even lied me that i can't get my service back! Lairs!! ????
- Sara Suki Added August 09, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people were so rude kept me on the phone for 25 minutes saying they are looking for the phone I purchased and took back within a week due to features not working on it and till today they have had my phone for 2 months and refuse to give me a refund or exchange. Saying they need to find the problem first. Pathetic, lazy and rude ignoring me and laughing through the phone. Never again...
